Stumb brings more than 15 years of leadership as director of the legendary Great Race, the cross-country vintage car rally, and now joins the Stahls team from Chattanooga, Tennessee, along with his family. “This is a dream come true,” said Stumb. “I’ve known Ted and Mary for more than a decade, and in that time, I’ve admired their extraordinary collection. This past Tuesday, we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming a very special group of visitors all the way from Australia! Fletch Tours, led by the always-energetic Fletch, brought 34 guests for a tour of the collection. For many, this was not only their first time at Stahls Motors & Music Experience, it was also their very first trip to the United States. The group’s enthusiasm was contagious as they explored the rare automobiles, marveled at the sounds of our mighty automated musical instruments, and stood in awe under the glow of our neon signs. Ted’s Story Today, we had the incredible honor of welcoming a very special guest, 95 years young and full of stories. Ted was once part of the legendary Chrysler Turbine project, helping to bring one of the most fascinating vehicles in automotive history to life. When he saw our Chrysler Turbine, his eyes lit up. And when we invited him to sit inside, the moment became unforgettable, he was moved to tears, overcome with emotion and joy. It wasn’t just a car to him.
