Stumb named Executive Director Ted and Mary Stahl proudly announce Jeff Stumb as the first Executive Director of Stahls Motors & Music Experience. Stumb brings more than 15 years of leadership as director of the legendary Great Race, the cross-country vintage car rally, and now joins the Stahls team from Chattanooga, Tennessee, along with his family. “This is a dream come true,” said Stumb. “I’ve known Ted and Mary for more than a decade, and in that time, I’ve admired their extraordinary collection. Night at the Museum Returns in October
Stroll in the glow of neon Our wildly popular Night at the Museum returns on Thursday, October 16 from 5:00-8:00pm. This free, family fun event focuses on the warm glow of the neon signs. The coolest Trunk or Treat in town! One of our favorite fall events is returning Saturday, October 11. Trunk or Treat will be held inside the collection from 1::00-4:00 and is open to all ages. No need to cover up that adorable costume with a jacket or raincoat, the temperature is perfect inside! No registration or pre-sign up is necessary to attend the event. A tale of Ted and the Turbine Car
Ted’s Story Today, we had the incredible honor of welcoming a very special guest, 95 years young and full of stories. Ted was once part of the legendary Chrysler Turbine project, helping to bring one of the most fascinating vehicles in automotive history to life. When he saw our Chrysler Turbine, his eyes lit up. And when we invited him to sit inside, the moment became unforgettable, he was moved to tears, overcome with emotion and joy. It wasn’t just a car to him. It was a piece of his life’s work, a symbol of innovation, pride, and purpose. He also possesses the key to car number 42, the vehicle now owned by none other than Jay Leno. A little
