Thank you for your interest in participating in our annual Trunk or Treat! Please fill out the form below to reserve your table. You must bring enough treats for at least 200 children. All fields are required unless otherwise noted. Please respond by Friday, October 2nd at 5:00pm.

    Please review and acknowledge the following for participation:

    • All decorations and activities must be family friendly and appropriate for all ages

    • Participants must provide their own decorations, treats, and giveaways

    • Setup begins at 11:30am and must be completed by 12:50pm

    • Participants are required to stay for the entire duration of the event

    • We will provide a 6’ rectangular table along with 2 folding chairs but you must provide a table cover
