Woodward Dream Cruise 2026: See Our Rare Cars in Person!

The engines are revving and we are ready for an incredible Woodward Dream Cruise weekend!! We’ll be hanging out all day at our spots, so come join the fun, check out these legends up close, and say hello!

Catch our rare 1966 Shelby GT350H, a true “Rent-a-Racer” icon on Saturday, August 15th, where you could rent a 306-horsepower track beast straight from Hertz back in ’66. It will be displayed in the special Shelby American display at 38500 S Woodward, in Bloomfield Hills.

Also Saturday, over at Pasteiner’s Auto Zone Hobbies at 33202 Woodward Ave in Birmingham, you can check out 1965 Hannibal 8, a wild, six-wheeled villain car straight out of the classic film The Great Race that features a working built-in scissor lift.

Plus, kick off the weekend with us all day this Friday at CruiseFest in Berkley, Michigan, where we are bringing our stunning Great Race Convertible Blue Mustang, a machine built specifically to conquer thousands of miles of American highway in style during the ultimate cross-country endurance rally. Drop by and make us a part of your cruise weekend at 12 Mile & Robina Avenue!

We can’t wait to see you there!

Stahls Auto Partners with Sprint Racer Charlie Baur

Sponsoring the Future!

Charlie Baur is an ambitious 20-year-old, first-generation sprint racer from Fenton, Michigan – and the first official athlete sponsored by the Stahls Motors and Music Experience. Charlie began driving at the age of 3, starting with snowmobiles, moving on to four-wheelers and jet skis. At 12 years old he started racing quarter midgets, then upgraded to race karts. When he turned 16, Charlie set in motion his passion for sprint racing, and today he competes with both pavement and dirt sprint cars.

Today, he is at the height of his career, making progress every day and gathering prizes, awards and accolades. His journey still has its fair share of twists, turns and challenges but such is the reality of the racetrack and life itself. He faces hardships head-on, and Stahls is proud to sponsor such an important member of the new generation’s athletes and car lovers. “If you have a passion for motorsports, there’s gonna be a spot for you somewhere,” he said, emphasizing that driving is only one of many career paths and that local tracks and hands-on experience are often the best first step.

Step inside and experience where rhythm meets the road.

Experience the Glow All Year Long

Night at the Museum Is Now Monthly

What started as a special after-hours favorite has officially become a tradition. Night at the Museum is now a year-round, monthly event, giving guests more opportunities than ever to experience the magic of Stahls Motors & Music Experience after dark.

Once a month, the doors open in the evening and the collection takes on an entirely different personality. Neon signs glow brighter, chrome reflects the lights, and the sights and sounds of automotive and musical history come alive in an intimate nighttime setting. It’s a chance to slow down, wander, and experience the museum in a way daytime visits simply can’t replicate.

Night at the Museum offers full access to the collection, from rare and historic automobiles to extraordinary automated musical instruments. Guests can enjoy the atmosphere at their own pace, perfect for date nights, friends’ outings, or anyone looking for a unique Michigan evening experience. The ambiance alone makes it one of the most photogenic classic car events in Metro Detroit.

By extending Night at the Museum throughout the year, Stahls is answering one of the most common requests from visitors: more chances to experience the collection after hours. Whether you’re a first-time guest or a longtime supporter, each monthly event offers a familiar favorite with a fresh feel, shaped by the season, the lighting, and the energy of the crowd.

If you’ve only seen the museum during the day, Night at the Museum invites you to see it in a whole new light… literally. With its blend of glowing neon, timeless design, and immersive history, this monthly evening event has quickly become one of the most memorable ways to experience Stahls.

Night at the Museum now happens every month, making it easier than ever to plan an unforgettable night surrounded by automotive and musical history.

This place is out of this world! There are all kinds of historical cars and vehicles displayed. The first part of the museum has huge music boxes which the docents are happy to play for you.
