A Night at the Museum was a hit!
On Thursday December 10, we tried something a little different. We opened our doors at 5:00 pm and kept the overhead lights off. Guests were allowed to stroll through the museum by the light of the neon signs and also our holiday decorations. Guests were also given a free glow necklace to enjoy while touring. Extra lighting was placed under the hoods of select vehicles as well. We received a lot of great feedback and look forward to hosting another “Night at the Museum” in the future. Class award at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance!
Our 1905 Columbia Mark XXXV Open Drive Brougham took second in the Early Electric Class at the 2021 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance at Pebble Beach on Sunday, August 15. The events leading up to the main event included a 70 mile tour where the Columbia crossed the starting line, passed in front of the Lodge and while the other cars turned right to head to the highway, we made a slight left to venture around a bit before making our way back to the truck lot. With a unconfirmed range of 30-35 miles, we didn’t want to take the chance of not having a spot to “recharge”. It is also believed that the range is based on a flat terrain
